We want you to be happy with your gift; if there are any issues with your gift we’d be happy to help resolve the problem.  If you are not satisfied you can exchange your gift for an alternate choice in your Milestone category.

To start your exchange, email customer service at  and include your packing slip (included with your shipment) number and the item you would like to exchange along with the item you would like to replace it with. You will be issued a return authorization number.

  • Put the item you’re returning in the original package if possible
  • You must include the original packing slip along with the Return Authorization number that was provided to you by customer service via email. Indicate the item you are returning and the reason for your return on the Return Authorization form.
